Ibis Styles Jakarta Simatupang

We had a pleasant stay in this brand-new hotel. the location was ideal for traveling around Jakarta. It was close to a conveniently located mall with multiple food outlets, a supermarket, and more. We stayed for 2 nights here and loved the South Jakarta district.

The food is appetising!

Location: the hotel was not far from conveniently located mall 200mts walk with multiple food outlets, Cilandak Town Square and multiple food outlets, supermarket and more. Had brand-new and neat room, it included a safe, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator.

Good location, nice breakfast and beautiful rooms

I recently went on a business trip to a hotel in Jakarta and I loved my experience there! the location is perfect as it was close to a shopping mall that had everything I needed. the breakfast offered was incredible, lots of variety, and everything was fresh. The rooms were also beautiful with all the amenities I needed for my comfort during my stay.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. The hotel only provided one key card, which was a bit inconvenient for me and my partner.

Spent my Xmas vacation with my family and it was wow! Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, two drinks they offered during happy hour, and the free Wi-Fi. the hotel was located in a great place, near shopping centers and vibrant entertainment areas. Not to mention, the staff were warm and friendly, always willing to lend a helping hand.

The room's air conditioning was leaking and made the floor damp. It would have been great if they offered a shoe polishing service.

We recently stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved the location, near a big mall with lots of great food options. the room was very clean and stylish, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. We were impressed by the helpful and professional staff, who made us feel very welcome. the buffet breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, and we enjoyed the delicious food and drinks on offer. a great experience!

We did notice that the lobby restaurant had a short menu with no bar, so there weren't as many options for eating and drinking on-site.

Clean and stylish room. Comfortable and clean bed. Helpful and professional staff. Delicious buffet breakfast and food at the restaurant. Well-managed hotel and restaurant. Courteous and efficient check-in process. Nice view from any angle. Free parking.

Not one thing.

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from a mall with an abundance of food options. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent and the hotel facilities are great, including a safety box, refrigerator, and hair dryer in the room. On top of that, the staff are helpful and courteous, making for a pleasant stay.

Don't have any issues at all.

The hotel room was impeccably clean, with stylish decor and a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast was a definite highlight, with delicious food and refreshing drinks. The location near Citos mall made it convenient for both business meetings and meeting up with friends. The staff were helpful and professional, making our stay more fun. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and excellent service.
